RE: Ink Coffee
Bummer! This coffee shop didn't do to well either. Let's just say they need some serious help. Of course we will be rating this coffee shop with cleanliness, friendliness, ambiance, and flave of flave. Shall we see the
ratings?
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was very good! Right after you would leave the staff would clean up your table. The Bathroom was very clean as well. Therefore I rate Cleanliness... 10 out of 10! (1 being the worst 10 being the best.)
Friendliness: Ouch! Friendliness needs a whole new make over! The employee's were very rude in some sense. For instance, a female employee kept starring at me and my guest. It was very disrespectful. Not to mention, they were not very kind when they took your order. Therefore I rate Friendliness... 3 out of 10! (1 being the worst 10 being the best)
Ambiance: Okay, the ambiance was okay, but nothing great. The music was to fast and retro for a coffee house, even a modern coffee house. It also was to cramped. There barely any walking space from the register to the seating area! Therefore I rate Ambiance... 4 out of 10! (1 being the worst 10 being the best.)
Flave of Flave: Ink didn't do so well in the most important piece of the pie, if you know what I'm saying. The coffee was very watery, almost as if they put 3/4 water and 1/4 coffee in it. I personally do not like
watery coffee, it's like skim milk but coffee. So I think I'm going to call watery coffee" Skim Coffee". If you like watery coffee go to Ink Coffee, but if you like non-watery coffee don't go to Ink . Food wise it was pretty good. Their blueberry bread is pretty good. Therefore I rate Flave of Flave... 3 out of 10! (1 being the worst 10 being the best.)
To wrap things up. I rate Ink Coffee House... 3 1/2! Sorry Ink Coffee House, you need to remodel a little bit.

Re: Katherines French Bakery and Cafe
Bonjour bloggers! Today, I will be revealing the results to... Katherine's French Bakery and Cafe! Sorry to say, but my visit to Katherine's didn't go very smooth :( . One reason is that when I was there for an hour the first 30 minutes the service was pretty bad, and for the last 30 minutes the service was okay. I have been there last summer, it didn't go very smooth as well. But since I started this blog, I decided to give Katherine's another try.
Now it's time for the results of: cleanliness, ambiance, friendliness, and my favorite ... Flave of flave! Let's also mix up the style of rating today.
Cleanliness : The cleanliness was really good, except the menus were dirty. Honestly, that's a big deal. But also, wouldn't you rather be looking at a sparkly clean menu then a menu with coffee and food on it? My guess is that you want a menu that's clean. So, the results for cleanliness is ... 4! ( one being the worst ten being the best)
Ambiance : The ambiance could have been better. The music was a little to upbeat for a cafe. It sounds good at first, but then it gets a little annoying. The ambiance, or the presentation, of the food was amazing! They got that part of ambiance down to a tee. Therefore the results of ambiance is... 7! (10 being the worst and one being the best)
Friendliness: Bummer! The friendliness needs serious help! Friendliness is the key to a successful business. Okay I didn't want to do this, but we have to role play. Lets begin. A woman in a restaurant wants to order eggs and sausage. When the waitress comes, the woman tells her she would like eggs. Immediately the waitress says "okay" and walks away. Now, the woman has to get up and go tell the lady how she wants her eggs. Okay, just to tell you, this actually happened at Katherine's. Do you get the picture? They, meaning the employees, are not very friendly. Therefore, I rate their friendliness... 3 ! ( one being the worst ten being the best)
Flave of Flave: Sorry Katherine's, but you need help with flavor. So once again, if you order a vanilla cappuccino it's supposed to taste like vanilla. Right? Well, unfortunately they gave me a plain cappuccino that was pretty cold. Also, I like french toast! Therefore, I ordered it. The only problem was that it wasn't cooked along with with my friend's egg. Now, I like my french toast and my eggs cooked. I don't know, maybe the French like their french toast and eggs raw. But, I'm not French... I'm American! Therefore, I rate their flave of flave... 10! (1 being the best and 10 being the worst)

Katherine's French Bakery
Bonjour bloggers! Today I am going to a coffee shop that does not have the word coffee in it's name. I am going to Katherine's French Bakery! I know, it doesn't sound like a coffee shop, but believe it or not it is! As usual I will be rating this shop by ambiance, friendliness, cleanliness, and my favorite(drum roll, please) ... flave of flave! Maybe we will squeeze a video in there too.You know just for fun ;).Feel free to tell me about your coffee shop experience's and any coffee shops you would like me to visit. RE: Stella's Coffee House
The results are ... IN! Stella's coffee house didn't do so well :( . Let's just say they need a new make over in their friendliness, cleanliness, and the most important flave of flave.
Friendliness: The staff there don't greet you when you walk in to their coffee house and they don't seem very happy or energetic. Therefore I give them 3 out of 10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best).
Cleanliness: Don't get me wrong it's pretty clean inside, but the kitchen and the bathrooms need a little help. Let's role play: So a guy walks in to a coffee shop and he orders a vanilla latte, when he looks at the kitchen (where his vanilla latte is coming from) he see's a unclean kitchen with the teenager who is making his vanilla latte. Hmm... I wonder if he still wants his latte? Therefore, I give them a 7 out of 10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best).
Flave of Flave: Let's begin. Coffee's really good, right? So, why would you make it hurt your stomach? Also, if you ask for a vanilla latte and the cashier gives you a latte but a plain tasting latte,what does that tell you? You should call it a plain latte not a vanilla latte. Therefore, I give them a 4 out of 10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best this will always be the same).
Ambiance: Excellent ambiance quiet and peaceful! They have art everywhere! But, they need soft music. Therefore I give them a 8 out of 10.
All and all, I rate Stella's Coffee House a... 5 1/2 !
