The results are ... IN! Stella's coffee house didn't do so well :( . Let's just say they need a new make over in their friendliness, cleanliness, and the most important flave of flave.
Friendliness: The staff there don't greet you when you walk in to their coffee house and they don't seem very happy or energetic. Therefore I give them 3 out of 10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best).
Cleanliness: Don't get me wrong it's pretty clean inside, but the kitchen and the bathrooms need a little help. Let's role play: So a guy walks in to a coffee shop and he orders a vanilla latte, when he looks at the kitchen (where his vanilla latte is coming from) he see's a unclean kitchen with the teenager who is making his vanilla latte. Hmm... I wonder if he still wants his latte? Therefore, I give them a 7 out of 10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best).
Flave of Flave: Let's begin. Coffee's really good, right? So, why would you make it hurt your stomach? Also, if you ask for a vanilla latte and the cashier gives you a latte but a plain tasting latte,what does that tell you? You should call it a plain latte not a vanilla latte. Therefore, I give them a 4 out of 10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best this will always be the same).
Ambiance: Excellent ambiance quiet and peaceful! They have art everywhere! But, they need soft music. Therefore I give them a 8 out of 10.
All and all, I rate Stella's Coffee House a... 5 1/2 !
I live close by Stella's and you are correct, sometimes the staff can have off days.
ReplyDeleteStella's is a neighborhood favorite and I've been going for many years. I like Stella's! Perhaps you may have gone on an "off day?" I would encourage you to give it another visit and let us know if your experience is the same.

I live in the neighborhood and depending on the staff and how busy, it's not always as friendly as I wish it to be, but I get my coffee and I do enjoy the atmosphere. What is your next coffee shop visit? This is a fun subject!
ReplyDeleteunderstandable, you are right sometimes people have off days. Most likely my next coffee shop visit will be Katherines French bakery and coffee house in the Bonnie Brae area.
