Re: Katherines French Bakery and Cafe

    Bonjour bloggers! Today, I will be revealing the results to... Katherine's French Bakery and Cafe! Sorry to say, but my visit to Katherine's didn't go very smooth :( . One reason is that when I was there for an hour the first 30 minutes the service was pretty bad, and for the last 30 minutes the service was okay. I have been there last summer, it didn't go very smooth as well. But since I started this blog, I decided to give Katherine's another try.

 Now it's time for the results of: cleanliness, ambiance, friendliness, and my favorite ... Flave of flave! Let's also mix up the style of rating today.

    Cleanliness : The cleanliness was really good, except the menus were dirty. Honestly, that's a big deal. But also, wouldn't you rather be looking at a sparkly clean menu then a menu with coffee and food on it? My guess is that you want a menu that's clean. So, the results for cleanliness is ... 4! ( one being the worst ten being the best)

    Ambiance : The ambiance could have been better. The music was a little to upbeat for a cafe. It sounds good at first, but then it gets a little annoying. The ambiance, or the presentation, of the food was amazing! They got that part of ambiance down to a tee. Therefore the results of ambiance is... 7! (10 being the worst and one being the best)

    Friendliness: Bummer! The friendliness needs serious help! Friendliness is the key to a successful business. Okay I didn't want to do this, but we have to role play. Lets begin. A woman in a restaurant wants to order eggs and sausage. When the waitress comes, the woman tells her she would like eggs. Immediately the waitress says "okay" and walks away. Now, the woman has to get up and go tell the lady how she wants her eggs. Okay, just to tell you, this actually happened at Katherine's. Do you get the picture? They, meaning the employees, are not very friendly. Therefore, I rate their friendliness... 3 ! ( one being the worst ten being the best)

     Flave of Flave: Sorry Katherine's, but you need help with flavor. So once again, if you order a vanilla cappuccino it's supposed to taste like vanilla. Right? Well, unfortunately they gave me a plain cappuccino that was pretty cold. Also, I like french toast! Therefore, I ordered it. The only problem was that it wasn't cooked along with with my friend's egg. Now, I like my french toast and my eggs cooked. I don't know, maybe the French like their french toast and eggs raw. But, I'm not French... I'm American! Therefore, I rate their flave of flave... 10! (1 being the best and 10 being the worst)

    All and all Katherine's French Bakery and Cafe whole rating is a... 3 1/2 ( one being the worst ten being the best)
